Exumo is a B2B SaaS platform built for Indian exporters. We help you research markets, find buyers, and run outreach campaigns.

This policy applies to the Exumo website, web app, email connectors, and optional LinkedIn browser companion. Connecting a mailbox or installing the companion is optional.

• Account information. Name, work email, organisation, and company profile.
• Business content. Products, target markets, buyer lists, campaigns, drafts, replies, and notes.
• Email connectors. Tokens or credentials needed to send and read mail. We only access messages that are part of sequences you start and their replies.
• LinkedIn companion. Session token and approved actions. It does not scrape your network or send messages for you.
• Analytics and logs. Product usage, IP address, device, browser, and error logs for security and reliability.

We use your data to provide and maintain Exumo, run your outreach, keep connectors and the companion working, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Our legal bases are: contract performance, legitimate interest (security, reliability, improvement), and consent for optional connectors and the companion.

We share data only with subprocessors that help run Exumo — hosting, database, email, Google/Microsoft APIs, and analytics. We do not sell data, and partners receive only what their connector needs.

We keep your data while your account is active. Email tokens and mailbox credentials are deleted when you disconnect a connector. The companion session is cleared when you sign out or uninstall it. Backups are kept for a limited recovery period.

Some subprocessors are outside India. When data is transferred, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

You can access, correct, delete, or export your data; disconnect email connectors; uninstall the companion; and ask questions about how we process your data. Email hello@exumo.io for any request.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and the last-updated date. Please review it periodically.
